    Chief Executive

    Shaenna first volunteered with Bridge2Aid in 2006 and officially joined the Bridge2Aid as UK Operation Director 2011. Shaenna brings a wealth of knowledge to the role of CEO and also experience as a dental practice owner and BDA Good Practice assessor. As well as working diligently in her role with Bridge2Aid she is studying for an MA in International Development.

    Operations Manager

    With a successful background in business development Paul has worked in the Third Sector since 2007 working with Alzheimer’s Society and Royal Voluntary Service prior to joining Bridge2Aid.  Part of the senior management team his main areas of responsibility are managing UK and TZ operations and leading on our fundraising strategy.

    Fundraising and Operations Co-ordinator

    Office Manager Natalie began fundraising for Bridge2Aid back in 2008 and officially joined the team in 2011. Her background is primarily in developing IT strategies and data architecture. Natalie also has 10 years experience in volunteering with local charities.

  • karenKaren Tranter

    Financial Controller (part-time)

    Financial Controller Karen joined the team in July 2013. Qualified as a Certified Accountant in 1991 she has worked in industry as an accountant for nearly 25 years. She also has over 20 years working in various roles in local charities outside of her working life.

    Volunteer Co-ordinator

    Jackie joined Bridge2Aid in November 2013 and works with Emma to provide a seamless volunteering experience. Jackie is also Director and Trustee of her local arts centre.

    Volunteer Co-ordinator

    Emma is responsible for developing and delivering our training programmes. Working as a team with Jackie she is in contact with our volunteers from initial application through to the moment that they board the flights to Tanzania and are delivered safely to our programme team there.

    Fundraising Executive

    Kerry has over 16 years of non-profit fundraising experience with a solid background in volunteer management acquired from working with a variety of leading organisations in Canada and the United Kingdom.

    Finance Administrator

    The most recent addition to our team Jessi supports Karen keeping on top of the day to day finances. Jessi’s background is in book keeping, charity and choral singing.
